If you are not an Â鶹¹ÙÍø member or do not have an Â鶹¹ÙÍø account, please create oneÌýHERE. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than October 22, 2025Ìýto qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. Unpaid purchase orders will be billed at the full rate specified in the order unless cancelled before the deadline; Standard cancellation fees will apply.

When and Where is the Conference?
The conference will be fully in-person in Fayetteville, AR on November 6-8, 2025. Most of the conference sessions will take place at the University of Arkansas, Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design.Ìý
What airport do I fly into?
The closest airport is Northwest Arkansas National Airport.
What is the best way to get to Fayetteville?
Urber or taxi from the airport to the hotel.
How do I get around Fayetteville to the conference locations?
Your conference registration includes bus transportation between the Graduate Hotel and all main conference spots—Crystal Bridges Museum, the University of Arkansas, and the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design.

Will the conference be virtual/hybrid or In-person?
The Conference will be fully in-person and we do not have virtual or hybrid options.Ìý
Will there be Free Wifi at the conference?
There will be free conference free Wifi for you to use while attending the conference at University of Arkansas.Ìý
Are there Continuing Education credits offered for the Conference?
Yes, you can obtain Continuing Education Credits (CES) / Learning Units (LU), including Health, Safety and Welfare (HSW) when applicable. Registered conference attendees will be able to submit sessions for Continuing Education Credits (CES).Ìý

How do I register for the Conference?

Is there a single-day registration?
No, you will need to register for the entire conference.
Is there a special presenter registration rate?
No, All presenters, speakers and workshop facilitators will need to register and pay to participate in the conference.
Do I have to register for the conference if I am a presenter?
Yes, presenters must register and pay for the conference if they would like to present.
What is included in my registration?
Entry to Conference Sessions, Special Focus Sessions, Workshops, Keynotes, Receptions, coffee breaks and networking opportunities and ability to earn AIA Continuing Education Credits.Ìý
What is NOT Included in my registration?
Some events are add-ons and have associated fees, such as tours. There is limited space for the add-on events so pre-registration and payment is required for them.Ìý
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than October 22, 2025 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. If an accepted author has to cancel their registration, they will not be able to present at the conference and will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Can I register for the Conference On-Site?
Yes, but you will get the best rates online, if you register before September 24, 2025.
How do I get a receipt for my registration?
You can login to your Â鶹¹ÙÍø account and go to “My Â鶹¹ÙÍø†and then “My Account†and find the 2025 Administrators Conference and click on the invoice # and from here you will be able to get your invoice. You can also email info@acsa-arch.org for your receipt.Ìý

What health measures/protocols is Â鶹¹ÙÍø taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s top priority is the health and safety of our event participants. Â鶹¹ÙÍø recommends all attendees stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations as recommended by the CDC.Ìý Â鶹¹ÙÍø welcomes attendees that choose to wear masks. Â鶹¹ÙÍø cannot be held liable for COVID-19 cases arising because of event attendance.
